Data Deletion Request

InkConscious honours your right to erasure (GDPR Art. 17) and complies with the Meta
Platform Terms on data deletion. You can request deletion of your personal data in
either of the ways below.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (immediate)
Both of our apps let you delete your data yourself, without contacting us. The steps
depend on which one you use.
In IC Studio
- Open IC Studio and go to Settings → Privacy & legal
- Tap Delete account and close
- Confirm with your current password, type
DELETE, and confirm your Studio ID
This permanently removes the studio account, all of its users, conversations,
appointments and stored media. Only the studio owner can do this; studio artists
should ask their studio owner.
In IC Design
Open IC Design and go to Settings → Privacy & legal, then tap
Delete account and close. What this removes depends on whether your
IC Design app is linked to an InkConscious studio account:

Linked to a studio. Confirm with your InkConscious password, type
DELETE, and confirm your Studio ID. This deletes the whole studio
account and everything linked to it, exactly as it would from IC Studio.

Not linked (this device only). The app removes this device from our
server and clears the saved session. Your drawings and portfolio projects are stored
on the device, not on our servers, and stay there until you delete them or uninstall
the app — there is nothing of yours left on our side to erase.
Option 2 — Request by email
Write to
support@inkconscius.eu with the
subject
Data Deletion Request. Include the email address linked to
your account, or your Studio ID. We complete the request within
30 days
and confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted with a studio account
- The studio account and every user attached to it
- All WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram conversations and messages
- All appointments, CRM records and media files
- Consent forms and client records held by the studio
- Push notification tokens
- Billing records, except where tax law requires us to keep them
Instagram and WhatsApp access
Disconnecting a channel inside IC Studio (Channels → Instagram or
Channels → WhatsApp → Disconnect) deletes the access token we hold
for that account. You can also revoke our access from the platform itself:

Instagram: Instagram app → your profile → Settings and
privacy → Website permissions → Apps and
websites, then remove IC Studio.

WhatsApp Business: from
Meta Business settings,
under the business apps connected to your WhatsApp Business account.
Revoking access stops any further data reaching us, but it does not by itself delete
what we already hold: for that, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
